Fee Schedule 2007

A total of 16 display items are available for exhibition.

Wall space required is estimated at 30 - 40 linear feet. Included are the following items:

  • One introduction panel: appx. 19" x 13"
     
  • One framed illumination entitled "Afghanistan": appx. 28" x 32"
    Two wall text panels to accompany illumination: appx. 19" x 13 " and 25" x 15"
     
  • One framed illumination entitled "Armenia": appx. 31" x 31 "
    Two wall text panels to accompany illumination: appx. 19" x 13 " and 25" x 15"
     
  • One framed illumination entitled "Bangladesh": appx. 29" x 36"
    Two wall text panels to accompany illumination: appx. 19" x 13 " and 25" x 15"
     
  • One framed illumination entitled "Cambodia": appx. 31" x 31 "
    Two wall text panels to accompany illumination : appx. 19" x 13 " and 25" x 15"
     
  • One framed illumination entitled "China": appx. 28" x 40" (item not included w/ portfolio)

Exhibition fees include the following:
  • Loan fee for 5 illuminations and wall text panels: $1000.00
    (loan fee includes one or two month loan of all items above)
     
  • One half day workshop with artist: $350.00
     
  • Delivery charges estimate $500.00
    ( postal shipping vs hand delivery, need for installation and removal assistance will vary handling charges)
     
  • Extended stay loan fees contracted individually
     
  • Additional honoraria estimated fees for round table discussion: $250.00 per delegate, one hour visit / presentation
     
  • All items are giclee ltd. ed. reproductions framed under acrylic. Approximate replacement costs are $700 for illuminations and $150.00 for wall text panels.
